You may be able to relate, I had been in a funk and feeling out of sync and purposeless.

However in the last couple of months everything has changed. Im getting more work and more opportunities than ever before.

But here’s the thing… I’m not working any harder. I’m actually a lot more relaxed. This hasn’t come about from lots of past work. Its literally random people, literally just being in the right place at the right time in front of the right person with the right need.

I’m focused but relaxed. I’m open but not searching.

Can it be as simple as getting clear on my desires, clearing the emotional debris and trusting the universe to deliver?

I’ll update you on this strange phenomenon…

Why is is strange?

Because so many of us keep re-writing an old story;  and see that as normal.

Have you ever had someone in your life who has to tell you the whole shebang (often times on more than one occasion, the same story)?  The assumption is that it has to be explained for you to understand where they are coming from or you just won’t get it (and oftentimes, the trauma, however significant or insignificant, is still so close for that person they can’t let it go and need to voice it).  I cringe at the memories of doing this myself, have you don’t this yourself?  There is a time and a place for the whole story, I am not belittling emotions or situations – there are also professionals for deep trauma.

What I am wanting to share is that if you want things to change in your life, start writing a new story!  Every time you re-tell, re-hash, bring emotion to an old story you make it real, over and over again.  When you do that you are in an energy of lack. It’s like your being has put up a huge wall.

I’m sure you can think of a few stories that you have retold in your life.    Many have to do with money, relationships, health, work…

How can you ask for something new when you are not willing to release that which is not serving you.

When one door closes, another opens

The full quote by Alexander Graham Bell is: “When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.”

First, we have to close the door that doesn’t lead to what we desire.

Learn from past experience, own and acknowledge the emotions that come; and then focus forward.

You many have walked past that door which is now open for you.

Because you are focussing on new, creation, what is possible as you write a new story, the wall is no longer there.  You open up the receiving frequency highway to your door.

What action will you take today to write a brand new story?  Comment below.

To Your Success
